Fees & Cancellations

A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your course dates.

Full payment is due 7 days prior to the commencement of your course and is a requirement of access to online course support groups and instructor-led sessions.

Course fees are refundable for cancellations up to 14 days prior to course commencement (excluding the non-refundable booking fee).

Cancellations within 14 days of course commencement are non-refundable, but we will work with you to find alternate delivery dates.

Refunds are not available for Blended courses where a participant has not completed Component 1: Self-direct Learning and is therefore ineligible to commence Component 2: Instructor-led Sessions. We will work with you to reschedule training for the participant at a time acceptable to both parties, however, any additional costs will be invoiced.

IncludeEd is a sole trader and does not collect or include GST in any fees charged.
Participants

The minimum number of participants for all courses is 6.

The maximum number of participants for in-person courses is 20.

The maximum number of participants for online courses is 12.

It is a requirement that participants in Blended courses must complete Component 1: Self-direct Learning prior to the commencement of Component 2: Instructor-led Sessions. Participants will be required to submit their certificate of completion prior to attending the first instructor-led session.
Illness and COVID-19 Policies & Terms

We can all help slow the spread of COVID-19 in Australia.
To protect others you must:

follow the limits for public gatherings

understand how to isolate if you need to
If you have a confirmed case, you must isolate yourself to stop the virus spreading to other people.

Instructor Illness
In the event of instructor illness (including COVID-19 related), we will:

Work with you to reschedule training at a time accepatable to both parties.

If the training cannot be rescheduled, the usual non-refundable deposit may be returned minus expenses already incurred. This option is made at our discretion.
Participant Illness
In the event of participant illness (including COVID-19 related), we will:

Work with you to reschedule training at a time accepatable to both parties. Wherever possible the participant will be offered a place on an existing course to minimise any associated costs. However, any additional costs will be invoiced.

If the training cannot be rescheduled and the cancellation is within 7 days of course commencement, 50% of the full participant fee will be returned, providing this does not exceed expenses already incurred.

All other costs that cannot be refunded will be invoiced (as outlined above).
